Who We Are

PROFESSIONALS HANDLE EACH ACCOUNT.

Usually, recording a Notice of Delinquent Assessment Lien is only the first step in recovering the debt.  At United Assessment Recovery, current status reports for each individual delinquent account are available for anytime access to each association board member.  This includes bankruptcy and title information updates that come at no charge.

We believe an educated board member is an effective board member.  As a part of this empowerment, a UAR representative is available to speak with your association’s community manager and board of directors to answer questions and provide needed information on the collection process or any delinquent accounts with our company.

Feel free to call or email anytime!

Cameron Clark

President

Cameron Clark is a Nevada-licensed collection manager who has worked over a dozen years with Nevada community associations.

After five years hosting his own radio morning show, Clark left the broadcasting industry to join Hampton & Hampton – Attorneys at Law as the Director of Collections. In 2011, Clark partnered with the attorneys of Hampton & Hampton to form a new collection agency named Hampton & Hampton Collections, LLC. Throughout all of his time while working with both companies, he was the primary marketing executive giving workshops, presentations, appearing on panel discussions and meeting with board members and community managers daily to update them on the status of the active delinquent accounts their associations had with Hampton & Hampton. Clark has spent thousands of hours meeting with board members and managers in northern and southern Nevada to discuss their various collection-related problems and the possible solutions. He was also one of the managers responsible for team management, training, quality control and general office management at Hampton & Hampton.

In 2016, Clark along with his partners, sold Hampton & Hampton Collections, LLC to Joel Just. Following that sale, Clark spent just over a year working for the largest community management company in southern Nevada as a business development representative and in late 2017, returned to the delinquent assessment collections industry by joining Nevada Association Services, a company owned by Joel Just.

Upon his return to the collections business, Clark went to work on obtaining a new collection license for United Assessment Recovery, Inc. His primary responsibilities are to represent United Assessment Recovery in a way that delivers important information to board members and community managers by delivering effective presentations, workshops and attending board meetings. Clark has been approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division to teach an accredited continuing education class about recovering delinquent assessments. He also assists in overseeing the general operations of the office and office team.

Clark is a graduate with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Southern Utah University. He also is a Nevada Educated Business Partner with the Nevada Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, an organization for which he has volunteered for many years. He also is an active participant in Nevada Community Association Manger (NACM) and Community Association Management Executives & Officers (CAMEO). Prior to moving to Nevada, Clark worked as a radio personality in two different Utah markets.

Clark is ready to answer your questions regarding the nonjudicial foreclosure process, UAR or anything else related to delinquent assessment collections. Please feel free to reach out to him at 702.983.4000 to request a presentation or proposal.
